Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and warmly welcome guests, providing personalized and attentive service from arrival to departure
• Manage reservations efficiently using the restaurants booking system
• Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize flow and guest satisfaction
• Assist with handling guest inquiries and special requests promptly and professionally
• Lead and mentor junior host staff, fostering a collaborative and positive atmosphere
• Liaise closely with the management and service team to maintain smooth operations
• Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and presentation reflective of a luxury brand

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a hostess or front-of-house supervisory role, preferably within luxury dining or hotel environments
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting
• Proficiency in reservation and table management systems
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Polished appearance and demeanor, with a passion for delivering impeccable guest service
