Relegance Properties, with over 25 years of real estate and property management expertise, is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic Dubai-based team. This is a full-time, on-site role for a skilled marketer passionate about digital trends and real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads
• Plan and execute social media awareness campaigns across platforms
• Analyze campaign performance using web analytics tools
• Manage CRM activities using Bitrix24 and ensure data integrity
• Support content creation with basic graphic design and video editing skills
• Collaborate on website updates and SEO strategies
• Ensure effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders

Requirements:

• 2+ years in Digital Marketing; real estate industry experience is a plus
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and Bitrix24 CRM
• Strong grasp of social media trends, email automation, and data management
• Basic IT knowledge and familiarity with website management
• Hands-on experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) and video editing software
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
