Job Summary

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for planning, tracking and coordinating all aspects of stone supply and installation projects. You will serve as the communication bridge between the design team, production, logistics, installation crew and clients to ensure timelines, quality and budget expectations are met.

• Coordinate the execution of stone supply and installation projects from inception to completion.
• Liaise with architects, designers and contractors to gather project requirements and share technical details.
• Create and manage project timelines, ensuring each stage is completed on schedule.
• Communicate projects updates to internal teams (production, logistics, installation) and clients.
• Conduct site visits for measurement, progress tracking and coordination.
• Coordinate material procurement and ensure timely delivery from suppliers.
• Track installation progress and proactively address site-level issues with the installation team.
• Ensure all quality standards are upheld on-site.

• 2-4 years of relevant experience, ideally in stone, construction, fit-out or interior projects.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawing and BOQ&aposs
• Proficiency in MS Office and projects tracking tools.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal), Arabic is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills to manage multiple stakeholders.
