Job Description:- Receiving of Purchase Request / RFP, RFI (complete with proper information)
- Sourcing out product, prices, quality and suppliers. Prepare price comparisons.
- Preparing Purchase Order via ERP system / manual. Follow up of open PO. Quarterly reports on Pending Orders & Pending Purchase Requests. Filing of quotations, memos, faxes, PO's etc.

Requirements:
- Male, 40 years old and below
- At least 2 years UAE experience in similar role from construction/fit-out works and a technical background in MEP and Civil Engineering
- Must have experience using ERP tools
- Must be knowledgeable of Purchase Operations (Purchase Order, Quotations, Sourcing suppliers)
Salary: AED 14,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
