Assistant Vice President - Client Advisor

Job Purpose:

The candidate will support Client Advisors in managing client relationships by delivering a superior client experience - through understanding, anticipating, and accurately executing client transactions. They will provide exceptional organizational support to Client Advisors and senior leadership, while excelling in daily responsibilities in alignment with Lighthouse Canton (LC)s

Duties & Responsibilities:

(A) Client Relationship Management

Support the team of Client Advisors and Vice President – Wealth Management in developing, managing, and retaining existing Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) client relationships by delivering exceptional wealth management services as part of Lighthouse Canton's client experience journey.

(B) Investment and Financial Planning

Collaborate closely with the Investment Portfolio Management team to provide customized and comprehensive investment solutions and financial planning portfolios for UHNW clients.

(C) Client Servicing and Account Management

Respond promptly to all client queries and instructions; monitor transactions and activities in client accounts to ensure timely and accurate resolutions.

(D) Cross-Departmental Collaboration

Work with other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient client resolution experience.

(E) Firm Representation and Values

Uphold the firm's values, reputation, and standing when representing Lighthouse Canton in external forums.

(F) Regulatory Compliance and Policy Adherence

Ensure that all activities are conducted within the regulatory framework and adhere to the company's internal policies and procedures.

(G) Partnership Coordination

Coordinate with business partners to understand how their services integrate with Lighthouse Canton's overall practices and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized university (Master's degree or certifications like CFP/CFA preferred).
• Preferably CACS certified (Module 1 & 2).
• 6–7 years of experience in the private banking or wealth management industry preferred.

Domain Skills:

• Strong understanding of the financial services industry and financial consulting responsibilities.
• Demonstrated interest in financial, global, and capital markets.
• Experience in understanding and addressing the financial needs of Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients.
