About the Role
We are currently seeking a Senior Landscape Architect on behalf of our client to join their team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a highly skilled and technically strong individual who can take ownership of projects, lead coordination efforts, and ensure smooth delivery across all phasesfrom concept to construction.
You will play a pivotal role in managing internal teams, external consultants, and client relationships, ensuring that project outcomes meet the studio's high design and technical standards.
About You
You are a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong foundation in technical delivery and project coordination. You thrive in a collaborative environment, take initiative in leading teams, and are confident in managing complex design challenges from start to finish.
- Degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience delivering design packages and overseeing site implementation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D design tools such as Rhino or SketchUp; Revit/BIM capabilities are a plus.
- Solid understanding of UAE building codes, construction standards, and local authority procedures.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage clients and guide multidisciplinary teams.
- Based in (or open to relocating to) Dubai.
