Job Description:

As a Landscape Architect & Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing stunning outdoor spaces for our luxury residential projects while also driving sales initiatives to expand our client base. You will collaborate closely with clients, architects, and project managers to create exceptional landscapes that enhance the overall aesthetic and functionality of our villa projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Landscape Architecture:

• Develop innovative landscape designs that align with the vision of luxury residential projects.
• Create detailed landscape plans, including planting designs, hardscape layouts, and irrigation systems.
• Conduct site assessments and analyze environmental factors to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure seamless integration of landscape elements with architectural designs.
• Oversee the implementation of landscape projects, ensuring quality and adherence to design specifications.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and sustainable practices in landscape architecture.

Sales Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the luxury residential market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and developers to promote our services.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies to enhance brand visibility.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent the company and generate leads.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Landscape Architect, preferably in luxury residential projects.
• Strong understanding of landscape design principles, horticulture, and sustainable practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
• Sales experience or a strong interest in sales and business development is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
