Government Relations & Administration Officer
Key Responsibilities
Government Relations & PRO Services- Manage and coordinate all company-related matters with UAE government authorities, including MOHRE, ICP, TAMM, GDRFA, Abu Dhabi Chamber, and other relevant entities.
- Process and monitor employment visas, residence visas, Emirates IDs, labor permits, visa renewals, cancellations, and status changes.
- Ensure compliance with UAE immigration and labor regulations.
- Maintain and track visa validity, company registrations, and government approvals to avoid penalties and compliance risks.
- Manage company licenses, Establishment Cards, Chamber Memberships, and other corporate registrations, including renewals, amendments, and cancellations.
- Coordinate document attestation, notarization, legalization, and government approvals.
- Maintain company records, licenses, and statutory documents.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Coordinate business travel arrangements, hotel bookings, airport transfers, and related logistics.
- Assist with GCC business visa applications, including Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, and Bahrain.
- Coordinate company vehicle registration, insurance, renewal, and traffic-related matters.
- Support project mobilization activities and site access requirements.
- Assist in obtaining client, project, and industrial zone access passes when required.
- Coordinate with local service providers, vendors, and government representatives.
- Support office administration and procurement activities.
- Coordinate with headquarters and regional teams on administrative matters.
- Assist management with various operational and business support activities.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in PRO, government relations, and administration functions.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, immigration procedures, and government platforms.
- Experience dealing with MOHRE, ICP, TAMM, GDRFA, and Abu Dhabi government authorities.
- Experience in engineering, construction, oil & gas, EPC, or industrial sectors is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with ADNOC-related administrative processes is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Arabic language capability is highly preferred.
- Chinese language capability is an advantage but not mandator.
