Job description:
As an analytics manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business insights and performance measurement. You will leverage your banking experience and analytical skills to connect data points, providing actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that measure key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Interpret complex data sets and present findings in a clear, concise manner to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement analytics best practices to enhance data quality and reporting accuracy.
- Support strategic initiatives by providing data-driven recommendations.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of experience in analytics, with a focus on business measurement and performance analysis.
- Background in the banking sector.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to connect the dots and derive insights from complex data.
- Strong communication skills, capable of presenting data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Keen interest in professional growth and development.
- Detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
