Real Estate Agent (Secondary & Off-Plan)

Location: Sheikh Zayed Road, Trade Center One, Dubai, UAE

Takween Aldar Real Estate is expanding and currently seeking experienced Real Estate Agents with a strong background in both secondary market and off-plan sales.

• Proven experience in Dubai real estate (secondary and/or off-plan)
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
• Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, commission-based environment
• Solid knowledge of the Dubai property market
• RERA certification preferred
• Fluency in English required; additional languages are an advantage

• Manage property sales and leasing transactions from start to completion
• Generate and convert leads into successful transactions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Advise clients on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities
• Conduct property viewings and presentations
• Collaborate with the marketing team to maximize exposure and lead generation
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
• Stay up to date with market trends and new project launches
