Employment: Full Time

You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service, developing client relationships, and contributing to our continued success in one of the most sought-after real estate markets in the world.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate market.
• Advise clients on market trends, pricing, and best practices in property investment.
• Conduct property viewings and showcase properties to potential buyers or renters.
• Develop and maintain a network of buyers, sellers, and other real estate professionals.
• Create and implement marketing strategies to effectively promote properties.
• Actively promote and sell off-plan and ready properties from top developers.
• Assist clients through every step of the buying, selling, or leasing process, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Prepare and present detailed property reports and market analyses to clients.
• Negotiate contracts and foster relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a property consultant or similar role in real estate.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of property management and real estate regulations in the UAE.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Proficiency in using real estate software and CRM systems.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and inform clients effectively.
• A valid UAE driver’s license and a car (preferred).
