Were looking for adetail-oriented Administrative Assistantto join our growing team and support our operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office administration and provide support to the real estate team.
- Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism.
- Maintain and update property listings, contracts, and company databases.
- Prepare documents, presentations, and reports for clients and management.
- Coordinate meetings, viewings, and schedules for agents and management.
- Support HR and finance tasks such as filing, expense tracking, and onboarding.
- Ensure smooth workflow and compliance with company policies and RERA requirements.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience inadministration(real estate industry is a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work independently.
