BIM Engineer / BIM Modeller

Job Description

To support project delivery by developing and maintaining accurate and coordinated Building Information Models (BIM) across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. The BIM Engineer / Modeller ensures high-quality models that meet project requirements and standards, facilitating design, coordination, and construction phases.

Key Accountabilities:

• Develop detailed 3D BIM models using Revit and other relevant software according to project requirements.
• Coordinate and integrate architectural, structural, and MEP models.
• Ensure compliance with company BIM standards, protocols, and best practices.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure accurate and consistent model development.
• Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts using BIM tools.
• Prepare 2D drawings and visual outputs derived from BIM models.
• Participate in project meetings to provide model-related support and updates.
• Maintain version control and proper documentation of models in coordination with the BIM Manager.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor&aposs or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum Experience: 35 years of experience in BIM modelling for construction projects.

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

Job-Specific Skills:

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit or Civil 3D.
• Knowledge of BIM execution plans, Level of Development (LOD) specifications, and model coordination processes.
