Your Role

You’ll lead procurement and supply chain operations across multiple outlets and a central warehouse, ensuring timely sourcing, efficient stock movement, and cost-effective inventory management. From vendor negotiations to warehouse audits, you’ll be the backbone of product flow.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute procurement and supply chain strategies aligned with business goals
Oversee warehouse operations, stock movement, and inventory reconciliation
Review and manage stock orders based on consumption and re-order levels
Identify and evaluate suppliers for spa products, equipment, and services
Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure value and timely delivery
Conduct audits and reconcile stock across outlets and warehouse
Collaborate with inventory and logistics teams to minimize stockouts and excess holding
Implement systems to improve supply chain visibility and efficiency

Stay ahead of market trends and sourcing opportunities

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field
3+ years of leadership experience in procurement, supply chain, and warehouse management
Strong knowledge of skincare and spa products
Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel
Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and logistics coordination skills
