Job Description
Join RTA to lead governance and hands-on operational oversight of Operational Control Centers (OCCs) during major events and incidents. This role requires both designing governance frameworks and actively ensuring execution across the road network and multimodal systems.
Responsibilities
You will develop event governance plans, define how OCCs monitor and respond, oversee control centers in real time, and ensure coordination during incidents. Responsibilities include post-event reporting, violation tracking, compliance audits, and governance maturity assessments.You will also establish KPIs, SLAs/MoUs, and drive continuous improvement across command center operations.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics or Computer engineering preferred
- Must have 8+years of experience
- Must have experience in Audit, Governance & Compliance or Event/incident management
