Construction

The ideal candidate will coordinate teams, manage resources, and ensure compliance with safety regulations while maintaining strong communication with clients and stakeholders.

• Plan, organize, and oversee construction projects from inception to completion.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate and supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to meet project specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve any issues promptly.
• Prepare and present project reports, schedules, and progress updates to stakeholders.
• Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project delays or hazards.
• Promote a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Proven experience as a Construction Manager with successful project delivery in the UAE or similar markets.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations specific to the UAE.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to managing challenges.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
