Position: Technical Support RepresentativeLocation: Dubai, UAE
Our UK-based client is expanding their team in the UAE and is looking for a Technical Support Representative to join their growing operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical and customer support via phone, e-mail, and chat
- Assist customers in resolving product or service-related concerns
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate when necessary
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction
- Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions
- Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service or Technical Support
- Experience working in the BPO/Call Center industry is required
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Immediate joiners are preferred (no notice period)
