Role Overview:
A fast-growing technology company in Dubai requires an Interim CFO to provide financial leadership during a period of rapid expansion and fundraising.
Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across all business units
- Manage treasury operations, cash flow optimisation, and working capital
- Drive Series B fundraising process including investor materials, due diligence, and negotiations
- Implement financial controls, governance frameworks, and reporting standards
Requirements:
- 12+ years in senior finance roles, including CFO or Deputy CFO experience
- Proven experience in fundraising (Series A/B/C) and investor relations
- Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, or CFA)
- Familiarity with IFRS and UAE regulatory requirements
