Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth across the UAE. This role
combines tender management with proactive client acquisition, focusing on both public-sector
opportunities and direct business development with private clients.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the EV charging sector.
Lead tender submissions, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely, high-quality
proposals.
Build relationships with developers, fleet operators, and government stakeholders.
Hunt for new projects by engaging clients directly and representing Shahin at industry
events.
Requirements
35 years of business development experience in the UAE energy, mobility, or infrastructure
sectors with proven success in winning contracts.
Strong networking skills and knowledge of the UAE business landscape.
