Job Description
The Public Relations Officer (PRO)/Driver position involves interacting with government agencies, accompanying clients to official institutions and ensuring compliance with all legal and administrative requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Interaction with government agencies.
- Accompanying clients to government agencies to resolve administrative issues.
- Ensuring company compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Preparing and filing necessary documents with the appropriate authorities.
- Keeping abreast of changes in legislation and informing management of possible consequences.
- When the need arises, representing the company in various offices such as ministries/municipalities and other government agencies.
Requirements:
- Higher education in law, business administration or related disciplines.
- Experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar position in the UAE.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with government officials.
- Knowledge of local laws and procedures related to visas and permits.
- Possession of a driver's license and own vehicle is desirable.
- Must have experience working with government agencies such as DED, RERA, Ministry of Labor and Immigration, MOHRE, etc.
