Hays is partnering with a leading cryptocurrency exchange in the UAE, offering innovative solutions for traders and institutions. We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead institutional and high-net-worth client acquisition and drive revenue growth in the fast-paced digital asset space.

About the Role

As a Sales Manager, you will take ownership of the institutional sales strategy, manage a team of sales professionals, and ensure the successful execution of business development initiatives. This role requires strong leadership, deep market understanding, and the ability to build long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the crypto and fintech ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand institutional client base.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and engage HNWIs and institutional clients through research, networking, and proactive outreach.
  • Sales Cycle Oversight: Manage end-to-end sales processes, from ideation to onboarding and revenue generation.
  • Market Engagement: Represent the company at industry events, roadshows, and networking forums to strengthen brand presence.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with liquidity providers, market makers, and trading counterparties.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to tailor offerings for institutional audiences.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or institutional relationship management.
  • Proven track record in financial services, fintech, or crypto is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Multilingual and based in the UAE.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking abilities.
Benefits
