Fixed Assets Cum Accounts Assistant

Job Description

• 2+ years of experience in fixed asset management: oversee the management of fixed assets, including acquisition, disposal, and depreciation.
• Asset tracking: ensure accurate tracking and recording of fixed assets, including asset location, condition, and value.
• Depreciation calculation: calculate and record depreciation expenses for fixed assets.
• Finance reconciliation: prepare and submit financial reports related to fixed assets along with reconciliation between fixed assets and general ledger. Provide support in monthly finance closing.
• Internal controls: implement and maintain internal controls to ensure accurate fixed asset reporting.

• Accounting degree or certification: bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Accounting experience: assets control and tagging along with basic accounts reconciliation.
• Accounting software: proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or fixed asset management systems.
• Analytical skills: strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and time management: high attention to detail and accuracy with deliverables within timeline.
