Duties And Responsibilities

As Residences Concierge, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:

  • Interact with the residents and hosts professionally, courteously, and positively and proactively seek feedback.
  • Responsible for exceptional residents experiences from pre-move-in, move-in, and move-out.
  • Conduct pre-arrival calls to arriving Residents, make pre-arrival arrangements, grocery orders, and amenity orders, and handle any other member arrival requests.
  • Welcome and acknowledge every Resident with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly verbal greeting, using the resident's name when possible.
  • Respond to and coordinate Residents requests for special arrangements or services (e.g., babysitting, business centre services, dry cleaning, financial services, flowers, interpretation services, mailing, notary, repairs, religious services, reservations, spa services, entertainment/sporting events, shopping, and any other relevant requests) by planning with approved specialized third-party vendors according to Six Senses guidelines.
  • Maintain a high standard of personal appearance, grooming, and hygiene.
  • Have knowledge of all safety, security, and emergency procedures related to the position in line with brand and statutory requirements.
  • Ensure the privacy of residents, partners, and guests by applying an extra level of protection to any sensitive personal data and using confidential information only to perform the job.
  • Have knowledge and strict adherence to LQA standards.
  • Be knowledgeable of all in-house and arriving Residents.
  • Maintain up-to-date Residents profiles in the Property Management System.

Qualifications

To execute the position of Concierge, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills, and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels or branded residences with proven results and includes the following:

  • Hospitality diploma/degree and experience in a similar role at luxury hotel or branded residences.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic and Russian is considered an asset.
  • Technical skills include Advanced MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. I am also familiar with various hotel systems including PMS, and Residential Portal.
