Sales Engineer

Job Description

Our client a multinational engineering company is seeking to hire a commercially driven Sales Engineer to manage its business across the Northern Emirates. The company delivers specialized mechanical/electrical engineered systems used to protect critical infrastructure, industrial facilities, and high-value assets across multiple sectors.

• Drive business development with strategic and target accounts across the Northern Emirates.
• Identify new opportunities by mapping geographic markets and positioning technical solutions effectively.
• Assess client requirements and propose tailored engineering solutions.
• Prepare market intelligence reports, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
• Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years experience in technical sales within engineering.
• Strong understanding of industrial markets in Ras Al Khaimah, Ajman, Hamriyah, Al Ghail, and surrounding hubs.
• Established relationships with industrial and manufacturing clients preferred.
• Ability to develop solution-based proposals with strong technical credibility.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
