Job Description

As a Key Account Manager at Cargoz, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our most important clients. Youll serve as the main point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction, driving retention, and uncovering growth opportunities.

This role requires a mix of relationship management, strategic thinking, and problem-solving to deliver value to both clients and the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieving revenue target consistency from the existing and new customers
  • Manage and grow relationships with assigned key accounts.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions from Cargozs offerings.
  • Act as the primary contact for client inquiries, escalations, and ongoing support.
  • Develop account plans to drive retention, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, and Product) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor account performance, prepare regular reports, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to provide insights for account growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 35 years of experience in Account Management, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or B2B marketplace industries.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver revenue growth.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and solve problems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced environment.
