About the mission we offer you:
Location: Ruwais, UAEExperience: 6 months 1 year
Nationality: UAE Nationals only
Employment Type: Full-time Site-based
Key Responsibilities
- Provide basic IT support for hardware (laptops, printers, scanners).
- Assist with network troubleshooting and device configuration.
- Support setup of new user accounts, email access, shared drives, and permissions.
- Maintain IT asset records and track equipment movement.
- Respond to user requests and escalate major issues to senior IT support.
- Ensure IT policies are followed and data security is maintained.
- UAE National (Emiratisation role).
- Diploma or bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 6 months to 1 year experience in IT helpdesk or technical support.
- Basic understanding of networking and troubleshooting.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in Ruwais on a site-based schedule.
- Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Good problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Strong time-management and organization skills.
