Job Description
We are currently partnered with a leading bank searching for a Senior Project Manager to lead large scale technology and digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end to end delivery of large technology and digital transformation programs
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies
- Oversee application development, integration, infrastructure, and platform related initiatives
- Work closely with business, technology, risk, and external vendor teams
- Drive governance, reporting, and delivery standards across multiple workstreams
- Manage third party vendors and delivery partners
- Support agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches depending on project requirements
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
Requirements:
- 10+ years of overall experience with 8+ years managing complex technology projects
- Strong background delivering enterprise IT or digital transformation programs
- Experience managing software development and systems integration initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work across business, technology, and external vendors
- Experience within banking, financial services, or regulated environments is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of SDLC, governance, risk, and delivery frameworks
