We are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to strengthen our team in Dubai. In this role, you will manage the full administrative process during the sales cycle and act as the key contact for our clients after purchase, ensuring smooth communication with developers and resolving client matters efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation, review and management of all contracts, reservation forms and offer documents required for property purchasesCoordination with developers, authorities and business partners during and after the sales process
Handling client documentation and supporting after-sales processes, including follow-up with developers on handovers, payment plans, and customer concerns
Acting as a point of contact for clients after purchase to ensure their issues are addressed and solved
Maintaining and updating CRM systems and internal databases
Scheduling, correspondence and general administrative support for the sales team
Your Profile:
Proven experience in Real Estate Sales Administration in Dubai/UAEStrong knowledge of sales documentation and property transaction processes
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
Fluent in English (German is a plus, but not required)
Service-oriented, problem solver, detail-focused and highly organized
