Early career trainee u2013 emissions abatement strategic initiatives analyst (UAE)

Take your career to the next level. The early career traineeship is designed for fresh graduates where Baker Hughes will train fresh talent who meet the required criteria to perform their traineeship in a specific business. The traineeship duration is 12 months in Dubai and will develop your technical knowledge and soft skills and provide on-the-job learning and exposure.
As part of our early career traineeship, you will be involved in:
- Shaping the internal and external positioning of our emissions abatement division under climate technology solutions
- Learning about our greenhouse gases emissions reduction technologies
- Supporting the team with their positioning strategy, creating the necessary materials to accelerate market penetration
- Understanding the market outlook, including regulatory landscape
- Operating in an agile environment
- HSE induction to familiarize the trainees on Baker Hughes safety standards

To be successful in this traineeship you will:
- Have a bacheloru2019s degree in engineering or business management
- Be fluent in written and spoken English and have effective communication skills
- Be able to explain complex topics to a wide audience
- Be inquisitive and present a thirst for knowledge
- Be legally entitled to work within the country in which you are applying, without sponsorship or time restrictions
- Have prior professional experience, such as a short-term assignment
