Key Responsibilities:

• Study cases and files, providing recommendations in alignment with relevant laws and regulations.
• Prepare draft legal opinions, contracts, and other legal documents under supervision.
• Conduct continuous research on legal developments, regulations, and resolutions impacting operations.
• Assist in the preparation of briefs for proceedings before judicial bodies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure legal compliance and provide timely legal advice.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Law.
• Recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience in legal assistance or related roles.
• Fluent in Arabic with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
