About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team in Dubai. This role requires a hands-on 360 recruiter with strong exposure to Oil & Gas, Marine, IT, Construction, and related sectors, along with the ability to lead and guide a recruitment team while delivering on hiring targets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment with full ownership
Lead and support a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets
Understand and deliver on technical hiring requirements across multiple sectors
Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates
Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback
Handle offer discussions and onboarding processes
Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships
Drive closures and ensure successful onboarding
Monitor team performance and ensure delivery against targets
Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree from a recognized university (MBA preferred)
7+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within the UAE
Prior experience in leading or mentoring recruiters
Strong client handling and stakeholder management skills
Target-driven with strong closure ability
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
