We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Consultant to join our migration and visa consultancy team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will drive client engagement and business growth by providing expert advice on migration options, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored visa solutions.This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-growing sector in a vibrant international city.
Responsibilities:- Engage with prospective clients to understand their migration needs and offer appropriate visa consultancy solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on visa and migration policies.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of visa applications and optimize client experience.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM systems.
- Attend networking events and workshops to promote the company's services and expand professional contacts.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within visa consultancy, migration services, or related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong understanding of visa processes and migration policies is a plus.
- Customer-focused with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and events as needed.
