Assistant Manager Finance Role in one of the leading asset management Firm in DIFC, Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping, ledgers, and compliance with accounting policies.
  • Prepare trade sheets, revenue master updates, and reconcile bank statements.
  • Manage client invoicing, debit instructions, accounts receivable, and follow-ups.
  • Process supplier payments, vouchers, and online banking transactions.
  • Assist in annual budget preparation and produce monthly/quarterly MIS reports.
  • Handle VAT calculation, filing, and compliance.
  • Support annual audits with documentation and schedules.
  • Prepare detailed transaction listings for reconciliations and reviews.
  • Manage payroll processing and DEWS scheme contributions.
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in UAE Financial Industry (preferably in DIFC or ADGM)

Education: ACCA, ACA (complete or finalist) or minimum Bachelor of Accountancy and Finance.
