Senior Marketing Manager
Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Marketing Manager to support our Residential Transactional Services Division. This role will lead marketing initiatives across Prime Residential, Non-Exclusive Off-Plan Projects, throughout the MENA region.In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for managing and executing a wide variety of marketing projects across the Division.
You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive lead generation, brand awareness, press engagement, and business growth. Working closely with service line heads and cross-functional teams, you will ensure all marketing activity aligns with sales objectives and supports revenue growth.
This role requires a dynamic self-starter with strong stakeholder management skills, able to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a B2C-focused environment. Your focus will be on creating campaigns that attract the right audiences, enhance our brand presence, and deliver measurable results in one of the most competitive real estate markets in the world.
Responsibilities- Lead and deliver the Residential Transactional Marketing Strategy across Prime Residential, Non-Exclusive Off-Plan Projects and associated service lines within MENA.
- Translate divisional commercial objectives into measurable, revenue-driving marketing initiatives aligned to clearly defined KPIs.
- Act as the principal marketing partner to Residential service line heads, providing strategic counsel and identifying campaign opportunities that drive growth, brand positioning and market share.
- Originate, develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that respond to market conditions and competitive dynamics.
- Maintain accountability for marketing budget allocation and ROI optimization across all residential transactional service lines.
- Direct the development and execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, website, direct marketing and events.
- Ensure campaigns are audience-led, data-informed and aligned to lead generation and revenue objectives.
- Oversee the production of all marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, advertising materials and digital assets, ensuring brand excellence and commercial relevance.
- Develop and implement a compelling content strategy to elevate service line visibility, thought leadership and media profiling.
- Lead on client and media events, roundtable and experiential initiatives to enhance market presence and stakeholder engagement.
- Establish and monitor clear performance frameworks, measuring campaign effectiveness, engagement metrics and commercial conversion.
- Analyses marketing performance data to optimize strategy, identify growth opportunities and continuously improve output.
- Regularly communicate KPIs, impact metrics and performance insights to divisional leadership.
- Capture, articulate and share measurable success outcomes across the Residential division.
- Act as the central point of accountability for Residential marketing activity across internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with PR, Digital, Design, Events, Operations and Sales teams to ensure integrated delivery.
- Manage and direct internal teams, freelancers and external agencies to deliver high-quality, timely outputs.
- Ensure seamless alignment between marketing initiatives and sales objectives, strengthening lead generation and conversion outcomes.
- Support the Head of Residential Marketing on strategic initiatives where required.
- Oversee project planning, timeline management and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget and agreed timeframes.
- Monitor team capacity and implement efficient working methodologies to optimize performance.
- Champion innovative problem-solving approaches and agile project management practices.
- Drive continuous improvement in marketing processes, tools and ways of working.
- Remain abreast of industry trends, particularly within residential and debt advisory markets, ensuring Knight Frank remains competitive and forward-looking.
- Be prepared to travel where required in support of divisional objectives
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate or professional services sector in the Middle East, and in a managerial role.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Project Manager, ideally in an entrepreneurial or multi-business environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, for a range of internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in project management tools like Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar platforms, or project management certifications.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
