We are seeking a skilled Civil Site Engineer to join our dynamic construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will oversee construction projects on-site, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery, while collaborating closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to bring projects to successful completion.
Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise construction activities on site to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to coordinate project requirements and resolve technical issues.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential problems or delays.
- Prepare and review site reports, documentation, and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Ensure effective resource allocation, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize project efficiency.
- Assist in planning and scheduling of construction activities to meet project timelines.
- Maintain communication with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure project expectations are met.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven 4 yrs experience as a Civil Site Engineer in construction projects, preferably in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations relevant to the region.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Proficient in project management and site safety standards.
- Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in multicultural teams.
- Willingness to work on-site in Dubai and manage demanding project schedules.
