Front Office Executive (Female)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a female Front Office Executive with prior clinic or healthcare front office/reception experience in the UAE. The candidate must have knowledge of medical insurance processes, coding, and billing. She will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a professional, welcoming, and efficient reception experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage appointment scheduling, patient registration, and follow-ups.
Handle phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries.
Process insurance claims, verify coverage, and manage approvals/rejections.
Ensure accurate coding and billing for patient services.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments for smooth clinic operations.
Maintain patient records and confidentiality as per UAE healthcare standards.
Manage payments, receipts, and daily cash reconciliation.
Requirements:
Female candidates only.
Minimum 2 years of front office or receptionist experience in a UAE clinic/hospital.
Knowledge of insurance procedures, coding, and billing is mandatory.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (Arabic is a plus).
Proficient in MS Office and clinic management software.
Presentable, customer-focused, and organized.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: AED 2,500 – 3,000 (depending on experience).
Other benefits as per UAE labor law.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma (preferred in Administration, Healthcare, or related field).
Experience:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a clinic or hospital front office/reception in the UAE.
Hands-on experience with medical insurance claims, approvals, and coding.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of medical insurance processes and coding.
Proficiency in MS Office and clinic management software.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (Arabic is a plus).
Patient handling, appointment scheduling, and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a busy clinic environment.

Other Requirements:
Currently in UAE (preferred).
Familiarity with UAE healthcare regulations and insurance practices.
Salary: AED 2,500 to 3,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
