Job Description
We are looking for a passionate, service-oriented and sales-driven travel and tourism career enthusiasts to join our latest office, located in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.
The primary responsibility of this role is to convert all customer inquiries that come via a multitude of lead funnels such as social media, website, hotline, walk-ins and referrals into sales. The ideal candidate should mandatorily have a proven track record in front-line, actively providing customer service and converting global visas-related leads into sales within the travel and tourism industry in the UAE, supported by a thorough and up-to-date knowledge of global visa regulations, together with exceptional communication skills, and a service-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
- Visa Consultation & Advisory
- Provide accurate and up-to-date guidance to clients regarding visa requirements, documentation, application procedures, and timelines across all major travel destinations.
- Application Handling & Processing
- Assist clients with visa application forms, document verification, appointment scheduling, and ensure all submissions meet embassy/consulate standards to minimize rejection risks.
- Customer Support & Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact for all visa-related inquiries via walk-ins, phone calls, and social media channels, delivering professional and timely support throughout the visa process.
- Coordination with Visa Agents, Embassies & Consulates
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with visa agents, embassies, consulates, and visa centers to stay updated on regulatory changes and facilitate expedited processing when possible.
- Documentation Accuracy & Compliance
Review all visa applications and supporting documents meticulously to ensure compliance with destination-specific immigration policies and reduce the risk of delays or denials.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the travel and tourism sector within the UAE is mandatory.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (or professional equivalent).
Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing abilities to drive lead conversions.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer engagement skills.
Personality:
- Outgoing, pleasant, and service-oriented demeanor.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service, essential in the travel and tourism industry.
Commitment:
- Genuine interest in building a long-term career in the tourism sector and growing with the company.
Willingness:
- Must be willing to travel within and outside the Emirate as needed to meet clients and partners.
Work Hours:
- Flexible to work on a rotational shift basis:
- Morning Shift: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Evening Shift: 2:00 PM 10:00 PM
- Availability to travel occasionally for client and partner meetings is required.
Base Location:
- The selected candidate must be based in Ras Al Khaimah.
- No relocation package will be provided.
