Position Overview
We are seeking ambitious and motivated Real Estate PA to CEO and COO to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will have a strong passion for real estate, excellent sales skills, and a deep understanding of UAE's property market.As a Real Estate PA to CEO and COO, you will play a key role in connecting buyers, sellers, and landlords while providing exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of UAEi's real estate market, including off-plan projects and secondary market properties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored property solutions.
- Actively source and acquire new property listings through various methods, including networking, referrals, and lead generation.
- Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction throughout the transaction process.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, property laws, and regulations of different Emirates to provide clients with accurate information.
- Sales and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Market research and property valuation expertise.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Proven experience in real estate sales or brokerage, preferably in the UAE market.
- Strong understanding of the UAE's real estate market, including off-plan and secondary markets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve and exceed targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred).
- RERA certification is an advantage.
