Job Description

We are seeking a creative, driven, and digitally savvy Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in enhancing our brand visibility, driving engagement, and promoting our rooms, restaurants, and services through both online and offline channels.

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns for rooms, dining, and seasonal promotions.
• Manage the hotels social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) with engaging, brand-aligned content.
• Plan and coordinate photo/video shoots, influencer collaborations, and media engagements.
• Monitor and optimize digital marketing performance (SEO, PPC, email marketing, and website traffic).
• Prepare marketing materials such as flyers, presentations, and in-house signage.
• Maintain brand standards across all internal and external communications.
• Assist in event planning, activations, and PR initiatives.
• Monitor competitor activity and contribute ideas to enhance our positioning.

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 24 years of marketing experience in the hospitality or lifestyle industry.
• Strong content creation skills (visual and written); knowledge of design tools (Canva/Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage.
• Familiarity with digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, etc.).
• Fluent in English
• Creative, organized, and results-oriented with a passion for hospitality.
