Role Purpose:
The Digital & Performance Marketing Executive supports the execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across key digital platforms to drive online sales and retail store traffic. This role assists in managing full-funnel campaign activities, monitoring performance metrics, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver results aligned with business goals.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution & Support:
- Assist in setting up and launching performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and others.
- Support the implementation of campaigns targeting both e-commerce conversions and in-store traffic.
- Contribute to app marketing activities including acquisition and retargeting campaigns.
Optimization & Performance Tracking:
- Monitor ongoing campaign performance and flag areas for improvement.
- Support in making adjustments to targeting, creatives, or budgets under guidance.
- Track key metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
Coordination & Collaboration:
- Liaise with creative and content teams to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.
- Coordinate with CRM and analytics teams for data sharing and campaign alignment.
- Maintain campaign calendars and support internal reporting needs.
Reporting & Insights:
- Assist in compiling performance reports and dashboards.
- Contribute to post-campaign analyses and insights presentations.
- Document learnings and suggest recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing or paid media campaign management. Proven track record in managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and similar platforms.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and app marketing tools.
- Basic understanding of performance metrics and digital marketing KPIs.
- Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn data-driven campaign optimization.
- Proficient in Excel and basic analytics/reporting tools.
- Collaborative, organized, and able to manage timelines effectively.
