NAS Dubai is a purpose built flagship school generously resourced with a whole school enrolment of over 3040. This equates to 1690 in the primary school and 1350 in the secondary school. Our curriculum is based upon the legacy of the English National Curriculum adapted to the local environment leading up to GCSE at KS4 and on to the IB Diploma programme and A Levels at KS5.Our GCSE results consistently significantly surpass the world average, with 41% of students achieving A**-*, 9-8 over the last three years (World Average 27.6%). About The Role
The position is responsible for the facilities and project management and third-party contractors within the school to ensure the provision of key operational services
About You- A bachelor's degree is desirable and must have a minimum 5 years experience working in a similar role
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
- Good analysis and report writing skills
- Effective understanding of good practice in relation to facilities and project management
- Experience of contributing to and managing IT platforms and initiatives
- Strong leadership skills and experience in working with multinational teams
- Excellent time management skills and flexibility in dealing with multi-functional tasks
- Good cross-cultural, interpersonal & communication skills to interact with diverse nationalities and cultures
- Native-level English speaking and writing
- Creative and technical thinking ability
- Self-motivated, flexible, and adaptable to different tasks at hand
- Proactive and able to prompt others to ensure deadlines and targets are achieved, calm working under pressure
- High level of integrity

Selection Process
The closing date for application is 30th April 2025. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews that will take place in December at the Nord Anglia International School Dubai. Early applications will be appreciated.
This is a full-time position, starting from May 2025. Remuneration is competitive and it includes visa provision.
