Job Description

Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer with a strong background in CMMS implementation Join our leading client and take the in configuring and deploying a Computerized Maintenance Management System across our global facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the selection, configuration, and implementation of a CMMS for Pure Salmon projects.
• Define and support the maintenance strategy based on asset criticality.
• Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure accurate data migration and system setup.
• Develop preventive maintenance plans, procedures (including LOTO), and reporting tools.
• Define spare parts lists, manage supplier negotiations, and provide input into warehouse setup and budgeting.
• Train and support maintenance teams across facilities in using CMMS tools effectively.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements for enhanced asset availability.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of local maintenance personnel.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in large industrial facilities, ideally including water treatment plant operations.
• Proven experience in CMMS deployment and maintenance setup.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, CMMS tools).
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
