Role Overview:

Orbit ISS is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales & Procurement Specialist with proven experience in the oil & gas industry. The ideal candidate will be skilled in selling technical and industrial services, developing client relationships, coordinating with customers on project requirements, and driving business growth.

Proficiency in CRM tools, procurement processes, and marketing strategies is essential to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the oil & gas and industrial sectors.
  • Promote and sell company services, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all sales-related communications.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align proposals, quotations, and service delivery with client expectations.
  • Develop and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and marketing materials to prospective clients.
  • Manage CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, client communications, and sales performance.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams to support vendor registration, tender submissions, and sourcing requirements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
  • Participate in client meetings, exhibitions, and networking events to expand business reach.
Requirements
  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 48 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably within the oil & gas sector.
  • Strong understanding of technical services, inspection, TPI, or related industrial solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
  • Familiarity with procurement procedures, vendor registrations, and tendering processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team to deliver business objectives.
  • Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Nationalities: Egyptian, Sudanese, Iraqi, Emirati, British, Americans.
  • Arabic speaking is a plus.
  • Experience working with Third-Party Inspection (TPI), Engineering Consultancy, or Industrial Services companies.
  • Exposure to international clients, oilfields, marine, or renewable energy sectors.
