What do we look for- Manage end-to-end recruitment for both front-of-house and back-of-house roles
- Ensure smooth and professional onboarding and offboarding processes
- Support employee relations, resolving grievances and maintaining a positive work culture
- Maintain up-to-date HR records, employee files, and digital databases
- Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and compliance with UAE labor laws
- Assist in performance management processes and disciplinary actions
- Coordinate with PRO for visa processing, renewals, and other documentation
- Support training, development, and staff engagement initiatives
- Prepare regular HR reports (turnover, attendance, etc.) and present insights to management
- Act as a trusted point of contact for staff across all levels
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field (CIPD qualification is a plus)
- 24 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality or F&B
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices
- Experience with Recruitment agencies particularly handling hospitality industry is a Plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- High level of emotional intelligence, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Tech-savvy with experience in HR systems and Microsoft Office tools
