The candidate will help lead content development for key departments within Betterhomes, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging across the organisation.

• Create, write, and edit high-quality content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, newsletters, and print materials.
• Lead content strategy and development for key departments across Betterhomes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Contribute to PR efforts by drafting press releases, supporting journalist outreach, and helping build and maintain media relationships.
• Support event planning and execution by coordinating content, materials, and vendor communication, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Proofread and refine cross-departmental content to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with the Betterhomes tone of voice.
• Ensure all content tasks are completed on time, meeting deadlines while maintaining high quality in a fast-moving real estate environment.
• Optimise content for SEO to improve search visibility and drive engagement.
• Monitor and report on content performance, using insights to refine strategy and enhance effectiveness.
• Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, maintaining quality and consistency across channels.
• Stay informed on market trends, incorporating relevant insights into content planning and execution.

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in copyright
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
