About the Role:We are looking for a proactive and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team for a strategic infrastructure project based in Ras Al Khaimah, with a focus on the RAKEZ industrial zones. This role will involve hands-on project management, technical oversight, and close coordination with local authorities and stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of the project and timely approvals.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage civil engineering activities related to the assigned project within RAKEZ industrial zones.
- Liaise effectively with RAKEZ authorities, government departments, and relevant stakeholders to obtain required permits and approvals.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and standards.
- Monitor site progress, conduct regular inspections, and address engineering issues promptly.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
- Review and validate technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
- Support in resolving technical and site-related challenges during project execution.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and updates for management and authorities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 4+ years of experience in civil works, particularly within RAKEZ (Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone) or similar regulatory environments in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction practices, stakeholder management, and authority approval processes.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Bilingual (English and Arabic Language is preferred)
- Familiarity with Ras Al Khaimah regulations is essential.
- UAE driving license is an advantage.
