Job Description
We are partnering with a leading regional bank looking for a senior executive to lead its enterprise-wide digital and AI transformation agenda. This is a high-impact role connecting the business, technology, and innovation, with responsibility for shaping and executing the bank's digitalization strategy across multiple markets.
The right candidate will work closely with the executive leadership to drive value using advanced analytics, AI, and next-generation digital capabilities, while ensuring alignment with commercial objectives, regulatory expectations, and customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the organization's digital and AI transformation strategy in line with overall business goals
- Identify high-value opportunities to embed AI and advanced analytics across core banking functions and customer journeys
- Lead the development and deployment of scalable digital and AI-driven solutions
- Oversee innovation initiatives, including emerging technologies, and ensure practical business application
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of data scientists, AI specialists, and digital experts
- Partner with senior stakeholders across business, risk, technology, and compliance to ensure seamless execution
- Establish clear success metrics to track impact, adoption, and ROI of digital initiatives
Required Experience & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or similar
- Extensive experience leading digital and AI transformation within financial services
- Strong track record of delivering enterprise-wide technology-driven change initiatives
- Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and data-driven decision-making
- Proven ability to build and lead multidisciplinary, high-performing teams
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to link technology initiatives to business value
- Experience engaging with senior executives and influencing strategic direction
