Role Description The Listing Coordinator is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is responsible for managing property listings from initial intake to publication, ensuring all information is accurate, complete, and aligned with company standards.Day-to-day tasks include collecting property details and documentation, coordinating photography and media, drafting and updating listing descriptions, and uploading listings to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), company platforms, and partner portals.
The Listing Coordinator will maintain organized records, track listing status and expiry dates, and coordinate with agents, property owners, and internal teams to ensure timely updates. The role also involves responding to listing-related inquiries, supporting marketing efforts for new and existing listings, and following internal procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, agents, and partners.
- Knowledge of Multiple Listing Service (MLS) platforms and listing administration processes.
- Understanding of real estate principles and practices, particularly within the Dubai market.
- Familiarity with residential real estate transactions and documentation.
- High attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency with standard office software and online listing/CRM tools.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Dubai, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in real estate, property administration, or a related coordination role is preferred.
- Fluency in English required; additional language skills (such as Arabic) are an advantage.
