As part of our regional expansion, we are looking for experienced Sales Managers to strengthen our presence in Dubai .
The Role
We are seeking high-performing sales professionals with a proven track record in selling banking software solutions to banks and financial institutions.
This position is dedicated to professionals who have already sold banking products such as:
- Digital Banking Platforms
- Trade Finance Solutions
- Cash Management Solutions
- Corporate Banking Solutions
- Wallet & Payment Solutions
- AML & Compliance Solutions
- Open Banking Platforms
- Banking Integration Solutions
- Develop and execute the sales strategy within the assigned territory
- Build and maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and key decision-makers
- Identify new business opportunities and manage the entire sales cycle
- Conduct client presentations, demonstrations, and commercial negotiations
- Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure successful engagements
- Represent Adria during industry events, conferences, and banking forums
- Achieve and exceed commercial targets
