Human Resources Assistant

Job Description

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Human Resources Assistant based in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented HR professional looking to grow their career within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily HR operations and administrative tasks
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Assist in recruitment processes including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
• Assist in preparing HR documents such as contracts, letters, and reports
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth HR operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 13 years of experience in an HR or administrative role
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism
